Dr. Reza Mobarak, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA, is one of the few wound care specialists in the Plano, Irving, and Lewisville area who is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association, board certified in wound care and board certified in foot reconstruction.

He also completed an intense residency in the area of limb salvage. When it comes to wound care and ulcer treatments, Dr. Mobarak has the knowledge and experience to successfully treat your condition. As a result, patients from all over Texas seek to be treated by Dr. Mobarak at the DFW Wound Care Center.
Advancing Wound Care Locally and Globally
As an avid teacher and lecturer, Dr. Mobarak speaks at many national medical conferences on topics such as advanced wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and foot reconstruction. Many of his peers count on Dr. Mobarak to share the latest medical advances and state-of-the-art techniques in treating non-healing wounds and ulcers. He also writes in various medical journals on the art of limb salvage and wound care treatment.
It is his mission to take his knowledge globally. As a result, Dr. Mobarak travels to the Middle East to teach other doctors about limb salvage and train future wound care specialists. With the help of these doctors, he hopes to set up a limb salvage program to help prevent the needless loss of limbs for people in that region.

Dr. Jacoby, DPM
Dr. Jacoby is a native Floridian who graduated from the University of Florida Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree of applied Physiology and Kinesiology. As a student Athletic Trainer she was a part of the 2006 Florida Football National Championship team and developed a deeper passion for sports medicine. Dr. Jacoby continued her educational training at Barry University for Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida where she was able to volunteer for major events such as the Miami Marathon and World Golf Classic- Cadillac Championship. Upon graduation from Podiatry School with honors, she was selected by faculty and clinical staff to receive the American Board of Podiatric Medicine award for excellence in Podiatric Medicine exhibiting high standards of professional conduct, probity, academic achievement and moral rectitude. She went on to complete a three year surgical and medical residency at West Houston Medical Center in Houston, Texas where she was privileged to hold the position of Chief Resident her senior year.
Dr. Jacoby is a Podiatrist that specializes in congenital, traumatic and long standing deformities of the foot and ankle. She is a member of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Texas Podiatric Medical Association. She believes in multi-therapeutic approach and aims for her patients to get back to their daily active routine pain free.
